Movie: DAVID BRENT- LIFE ON THE ROAD

Ricky Gervais reprises his ambitious/oblivious character from BBC's The Office in this feature mockumentary he also wrote and directed.

Set 15 years after the events of the TV show, David Brent is now a sales rep and still an aspiring musician. Using his pension and vacation time, Brent goes on tour with his band, Foregone Conclusion.

NZ HERALD 3 Stars "it's fitfully funny though when the mockumentary of old meets last-gasp rockumentary, especially care of Ben Bailey Smith, who plays a guest rapper in Foregone Conclusion and Brent's token black mate. He's a show-stealer both off stage and on - and his delivery of a joke about UB40 is worth half a star by itself."

Theatre doors opens 30 minutes before advertised start time. Arrive early if you want a comfy seat. There is a cafe with juice, Bundaberg drinks, popcorn plus yummy food on sale. For licensed sessions wine and beer is available.

Pay at the door by cash or EFTPOS.

The office is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10am and 2pm for pre-purchase of tickets.

We accept online reserve requests up to 12 noon on the day of screening– provided the session isn’t already full.

Online reserves must be paid for in the time from 30 minutes before the start of a session to 15 minutes before the start.

From 15 minutes before the start they will be resold if the session is full.
