A short from Billy Lee-Pope.  Billy was one of our very early RAFFA entrants - back in 2012 he won the ‘Newcomer Award’ for  1st Grom Skateboard and now lives on the Gold Coast following his passion for surfing and film making.

Brace yourself for a tidal wave of cuteness. Spike is the Melbourne marvel, who transformed from a land-loving pup to a bona fide surfing sensation.

Dame Valerie Adams ‘More than Gold’ (93 mins)
A candid and inspirational story of five-time Olympian, double Olympic gold medallist, Tongan/NZer; one of the world’s most celebrated athletes. It is also the story of a mother, a daughter, a sister and a survivor.

Our volunteers open the theatre doors and box office 30 minutes before the start time of each session.

There are no allocated seats. Arrive early to get the seat that's right for you from our eclectic collection of couches, reception and other chairs.

There is a café with juice, Bundaberg drinks, popcorn plus yummy food on sale. Most sessions are licensed with wine, cider and beer available.
