Join local potter Sarah Bing for a deep-ish dive into the mug. We’ll explore form and function, wheel-throwing and handbuilding as well as decorative techniques and HANDLES!

5 May - 30 June | Mon 6 - 8:30pm (no class 2 June)

week 1: handbuilding and template making at the BING studio

weeks 2-7: thowing at the Old School Art Centre Clay Shed

week 8: final thoughts @ BING.

Yin Yoga. This class is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. Every Monday at 6pm. Free for Raglan Gym members, casual $20. No drop-ins, book online on the Raglan Gym website
