I’ll be teaching the basics of the bread fermentation process, demonstrate a simple recipe and hopefully inspire you to bake your own nutritious and delicious sourdough bread for friends and family. Hannah will share her beekeeping knowledge, experiences and the journey of herself and her husband Rory’s foray into becoming producers of award winning honey. During the morning we will gather around the table to feast on a selection of various honey inspired sourdough breads and accompaniments, and you will all receive a recipe and a sourdough starter to begin your own bread making journey.
