Special General Meeting of Raglan Community Arts Council

The Management Committee of Raglan Community Arts Council (RCAC) is holding a Special General Meeting of members on Tuesday 9th November at 7pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider two motions:

1. That the rules of Raglan Community Arts Council are amended as per the proposed changes.
2. That Raglan Community Arts Council incorporates as a society.

RCAC is a Community Arts Council operating under the Arts Council of NZ Act and is also a registered charity. The proposed motions will strengthen its status making it a body corporate society having perpetual succession and limited liability.
