Many organisations are looking to grow income from trade or to create new social enterprises. This workshop is for leaders of not-for-profits who want to explore the process and challenges of starting aÂ social enterprise.

In this workshop you will:

Explore motivations for social enterprise
Learn from other not-for-profits engaging in social enterprises
Know the challenges, opportunities and where to start

Come along with your colleagues for a three-hour interactive workshop that includes both content delivery and practical work. You'll be in a room with other like-minded people, get inspired, and know how to move forward.
