The story behind the only unclaimed OSCAR.
Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad) is writer Dalton Trumbo in this biopic tracing his story from novelist, to Hollywood's highest paid writer, to his subsequent blacklisting after refusing to name names in the 1940s Communist witch hunt. Co-stars Helen Mirren, Elle Fanning, Diane Lane and Louis C.K.

Stuff 4.0 stars "Trumbo is a story that matters. As America and the western world thrash around yet again trying to remember what "freedom of speech" actually means, Trumbo reminds us how ugly and invalid any country that tries to silence its dissenting voices quickly becomes. "

NZ Herald 3 Stars "Cranston nails Trumbo's gestures and eccentricities in a performance that is a triumph of impersonation."

Starring: Bryan Cranston, Elle Fanning, Helen Mirren, Alan Tudyk, Diane Lane, Louis C.K., John Goodman, Stephen Root, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Michael Stuhlbarg, Dean O'Gorman
