Wim Wenders documents the work and life of Brazilian artist, environmentalist and photojournalist Sebastião Salgado, bringing his acclaimed photography to the big screen. For 40 years, Salgado has travelled the globe, capturing challenging images of humanity from thousands of workers toiling in Brazil’s open cast mines to the hostile environment of Siberia.

NZ Herald 4.5 Stars "Through it all there shines the deep humanity and wisdom of a man who has seen it all and taken a picture of it, too. The rather dewy-eyed sentimentalism at the end feels slightly condescending but the film is a great survey of a brilliant career. Highly recommended."
