Three young up-and-coming local artists have collaborated in an exhibition that explores psychedelia. Annika Clover, Seb Hart and Ziggy Knuiman share their distorted, surreal drawings and paintings at the Brain Funk exhibition.

It’s the first official outing of the three friends who describe their exhibition as a purge of the creativity swirling around in their brains.

Living in such a diverse community is a huge influence on their desire to be creative. “We’re lucky to be surrounded by creative people in a creative town,” Ziggy says.

Holding their first exhibition is a big step in their burgeoning artistic journeys and they are excited about getting feedback about their “scribbles”.

“I hope that what I’m doing creates as much feeling and joy as I get from artists that I like,” Annika says.
